Several survey teams were feeding a poorly maintained spreadsheet. Inconsistent entries and missing information made reporting and review harder than they needed to be.
Adam rebuilt the information flow around structured entry, validation, Excel data models and Power Query. Photo evidence was linked to hazard records, with a direct route for urgent hazards to reach the works team.
