Small, well-defined fixes can be quoted directly. Discovery is a useful step for larger or less certain builds, not a compulsory purchase for every enquiry.
03 / Build a useful system
Two delivery routes. One practical result.
Your business needs decide the route. These are starting prices, with the scope and final quote agreed before work begins.
Microsoft Power Platform
Connect the tools your team works in.
LaunchpadOne app and a couple of automationsfrom £4,000
CoreMultiple processes and dashboardsfrom £9,500
ScaleWider organisational systems and integrationsfrom £20,000
Microsoft licensing is separate where required. Premium connectors, Dataverse capacity and the number of users can affect running costs.
DiceKey is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to DiceKey’s fees. Separate software providers may charge VAT on their own services.
Are these fixed prices?+
The amounts above are starting points. Your written quote sets a fixed price for an agreed scope. Changes to that scope are discussed and priced before extra work.
Do I need to choose Power Platform or bespoke?+
No. We compare the options, including how your team will use the system and its ongoing costs. You decide with a clear recommendation.
How do milestone payments work?+
The quote sets the payment stages for your project. Larger builds are paid in agreed milestones rather than as one undifferentiated final bill.
Will I own the result?+
You own your data and the agreed deliverables. Third-party platforms retain their own licences, and reusable libraries and methodologies remain subject to the engagement terms.
